The CAC Oscar platoons were part of Sub Unit 5 from 1 February until 15 July 1967. At that time they were reassigned to Sub Unit 4 which was head quartered in Phu Bai. There were three CAC Oscar platoons. O-1 was in the Khe Sanh village. O-2 was near the Poilane plantation. O-3 was in the Bru ville near the base. Here are some pictures of CAC Oscar Marines.

I may be wrong, but I believe this building was the Hoang Hoa district headquarters Anyway, it was in the Khe Sanh ville area. It may also have been part of the coffee plantation.
